Lovely hotel with lovely staff

Liked: The hotel staff, reception, roof top bar and hotel in general was beautiful. It was located 5 min walk to Waterloo station and their was few nice coffee places and lively bars ( we didn’t go into any of the bars but atmosphere looked good )
Disliked: The noise. The hotel is situated beside an ambulance station & police station. The sound of sirens all night was very frustrating. The sound proofing in hotel wasn’t good. I stayed in this hotel before and never noticed the noise , but I was in different rooms. Our rooms were at front.

Perfect for a weekend stay

Liked: It’s a lovely hotel, in a very good location to get around London. The rooftop bar has amazing views of London. Staff all friendly and welcoming. The rooms are small but not tiny. Well appointed , AC was excellent & needed for summer in London, beds comfortable, decent hairdryer & there was coffee machine & I think a kettle but didn’t use them.
Disliked: My only issue was the shower in my room. Only a dribble of water came out of the rainfall shower head so had to use the shower hose in my hand which made washing my hair a little more longer than normal and the bathroom would get pretty wet but as I staying for 2 nights it was too much of a issue. I would return to the hotel and if I had the same issue with the shower head, I’d contact the hotel immediately.

Nice staff, clean rooms with...

Liked: Lovely clean room, amazing views towards London skyline, 8th floor roof bar great, friendly and helpful check in staff
Disliked: Location not great. Little things like one of the lifts not working (get it fixed! Or put a sign on it) - very tall hotel so cd take a while to get to your room, no bath robes (which are in European H10 hotels), uncomfortable pillows. It’s not really 4 star status.
