Decent stay

Liked: Good value for money. Five minutes walk to Waterloo Station, 25 to Covent Garden. Pleasant staff, clean rooms, not much to complain about.
Disliked: Not sure it’s 4*, I’d say more like 3*+, but it was good value for money and decent enough. Would have liked room to be a bit bigger.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was small and no free breakfast for 400 dollars a the fire alarm went off at least 20 times waking up everybody they offered us one free breakfast which was a 55 pound value no shelves or drawers in the room and they gave us two single beds no pool no ice
Disliked: Bigger beds ice drawers cheaper free breakfast

Comfortable stay, great location.

Liked: Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, the outdoor space was very pleasant, food and drinks available here which was great.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little substandard for what this level of hotel could provide.
