Liked: Good location
Disliked: The room was noticeably unclean and dusty, with only minimal attention given to cleanliness in the bathroom. I found mold on the toilet seat and showerhead, which was quite off-putting. The furniture appeared old and worn, adding to the overall discomfort. For the price paid, the experience was far from worth it. Additionally, the hotel is located near an ambulance center, and the frequent sirens were extremely disruptive. To top it off, the staff didn’t even ask about our stay during check-out, which reflected a lack of basic hospitality.

Disliked: There is no air con in the dining room. Charge for water. Noisy street. Sirens all the time . We were on the 10th floor and could hear voices on the street. No black out blinds.

Was good, would maybe recommend...

Liked: The location was perfect, so easy to get to everything and walking distance to local shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had space to spread out our belongings, the bathroom was clean and comfortable to use
Disliked: The aircon was horrible and the windows barely open. We were told that the aircon was working fine but it was hardly working at all. At times staff were not the most pleasant but overall helpful.

Liked: Great location , Roof top bar was lovely great views the staff at check in were really helpful and gave us a complimentary glass of Prosecco while we waited. Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: We never had one negative thing to say about our stay

Liked: The staff were polite,friendly,helpful and professional. The sky bar was a lovely treat. The food was excellent, service spot on. Rooms were stocked with lovely touches . Clean and very comfy.We hope to return and will also recommend to family and friends.
