Liked: Room was clean and comfortable with all facilities I needed, water kettle, coffee maker, small fridge etc. Easy access to center of the city.
Disliked: I like almost everything in the room, except that the washroom shower curtain could be improved to avoid spill of water when taking a shower.

Liked: Cleanliness, location and amenities were paramount in choosing accommodation in London. H10 delivered in spades. Well done, your staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I would choose to stay again.
Disliked: The only complaint would be the lack of fresh milk. I rang room service one evening to request a small jug of milk but was told that they could only supply powdered milk. I would happily have paid whatever it cost for some fresh milk. I ended up going to the 24hr shop down the block and bought a litre of milk for £1.69 instead. Disappointing.

Do not trust the advertised...

Liked: Good location. Plenty of public transport options nearby.
Disliked: Arrived very late in the evening after a long flight and were met by quite an unfriendly receptionist. She demanded a payment for the whole duration of our stay upfront. And that was despite of reservation being done and secured through Booking.com. She said we would not get the room keys until pay the full amount immediately.The room and facilities are not of 4-star standard. Room is very small, a ceiling panels is falling off, bathroom hooks are broken. To get a bath robe and sleepers you nee to call reception. Not a 4-star hotel.
