Disappointed!

Liked: Comfortable, clean and great facilities.
Disliked: I had booked a twin room. With a city view. I had contacted the hotel, previous to staying, to confirm this.On arrival we had been allocated a double room!!The only twin they had was on a lower non city view floor. Ok we were offered a complimentary breakfast but the management treatment was unsatisfactory especially waiting 20 minutes for the manager to come out to us.

Faceless - Views

Liked: Great Location and breakfast offerings. Staff greeted when walking in.Views from higher rooms (11th floor) was the best
Disliked: No Gym, Dirty C/I Desks upon arrival. What really disappointed me the most was the staff. - no sincere hospitality efforts upon arrival, not even ‚how are you’ or acting to my needs from both the ladies or trying to upsell my stay (better room, breakfast, etc) nor highlighting the outlets - Breakfast same, no personal connection, no attentive service- Check Out also very cold and not offering any assistance - Staff greeted when entering but rather chatted with themselves than guests.U really feel like you just should pay and shut up.

Great hotel

Liked: Rooftop bar and overall the hotel was clean and modern
Disliked: It was very noisy from 6 am in the morning outside

We had a great trip

Liked: We stayed here to see a play in the Old Vic theatre and it was a perfect location for this, being just a few minutes walk from the theatre. We liked the rooftop bar area and our room was quiet, a short walk from train station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby
Disliked: The price to add on breakfast and the service charge added in rooftop bar was a little high given we were staying in the hotel, the room was smaller than expected but fine for a short stat
