Liked: Quality of the room matches the price and pictures.
Disliked: The receptionist gave us a key to a room that was already occupied. We had a late check in, to enter the room and see a half naked man was beyond our expectations. We were not even provided with an apologies. Next day when the room key stopped working we were told to contact maintenance ourselves. I was extremely disappointed from the stay.

Liked: Easy access to transport links for getting about the city and the tour bus stopped outside.

Great location and staff

Liked: Good location, 5 min walk to metro and train station. Staff were all very good - glass of cava on arrival was a much welcomed touch, as was the celebratory cava they left for us too ☺️Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was very stylish.
Disliked: The room got very hot, as still considered winter when we came (March) so air conditioning not on, only hot air, meaning the room could get up to 26+

Comfortable, clean and good service.

Liked: Nice and clean facilities, great staff and bar service.
Disliked: The pictures online are a little outdated and the pool area was not as pleasing as pictures showed. The shower also did not work properly, and this hotel is a far walk from any major attractions, but overall wasn’t a terrible experience. Just some minor inconveniences.
