Stunning hotel, outsta

Liked: We loved the room and I particularly liked the Rituals toiletries and the powerful hair dryer. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with excellent choices and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We found entering the hotel initially confusing as the entrance wasn't obvious and the automatic doors didn't open immediately. The location was ok, not central but we knew that on booking. The highlight of our holiday was the stunning roof top bar with reasonably priced drinks.
Disliked: The major disappointment was that the stunning roof top bar closed at 9pm which meant if we had been out in Lisbon for the evening, we couldn't come back to our hotel roof top bar and look at the stunning view. I was amazed that it closed so early as it is such a huge advantage of the hotel to have this view. I understand residents don't like late noise but 10pm, although still early, would have been much better and more reasonable.

Lovely boutique hotel

Liked: This was my 2nd time at the hotel. The decor is beautiful (particularly the blue tile work), staff is helpful and friendly, and location is generally close to activities and restaurants. Hotel size is also nice. I like the boutique feel. Beautiful breakfast.
Disliked: I was disappointed the rooftop bar was closed for remodeling. I loved the views and having drinks up there last time. Also, my room (the basic) seemed very small for two people w/ lots of luggage from having been on a cruise prior. I would get a larger room next time.

Beautiful, elegant and relaxing.

Liked: The decor was stunning, the smell when you walked into the hotel was amazing. I need to know the scent for my home! The little touches like the vanity sets, bottle of fizz and chocolates, robes and slippers. The cakes and sweets available at reception. The roof top bar was beautiful relaxing and fantastic drinks and view.
Disliked: You get what you pay for, would I have paid less, yes. But it was worth it. Breakfast could be a little cheaper 25 a head is a bit expensive.
