Liked: Staff location and breakfast excellent.
Disliked: Pool closed at 7 pm. Just when it was so hot and a swim would be enjoyable. Bar was open until 11 so can’t see why you couldn’t use pool.

Great Hotel , poolbar disappointing.

Liked: Reception/check in staff ,porter and cleaning staff were extremely helpful. Location was excellent, room was spotless.
Disliked: 8th floor pool bar was a fantastic location and panoramic view but the staff up there were lazy, my daughter sat at the pool for 2 hrs before she was served one afternoon and this happened multiple times..You cant go to the bar and order because they tell you its table service only. Bar staff spend more time chatting amongst themselves at the bar than serving customers, for $750 aud per night I was expecting more when this was a major reason for staying there. Very disappointing.This topic needs to be addressed by management. Lots of people were talking about the lack of service up there. The hotel could double there earnings from that bar easlily.
