Sevilla beautiful place and beautiful...

Liked: The Hospitality excellent, rooms were very clean, location excellent. You can walk almost to any tourist place, you can purchase your ticket for hop on and hop off at walking distance at Alameda de Hércules and have a stop there. Nice places to eat and have breakfast.

Poor

Disliked: Unfortunately they had a problem with sewege smell coming up from the drains in the bathroom in my room. The hotel was fully booked so they could not give me another room. It was too late at night for me to change hotels. The smell was so bad I had to sleep with windows open and shower in another room the next morning. The staff were helpful and there wasn’t really anything they could do in the moment. They have me a refund of 50% price of the room.

Liked: Great location and easy walking into the main squares. Easy walk to the river etcHotel was clean, breakfast was buffet style but excellent.
Disliked: Out room was small and looked out to a wall but the room was clean and comfortable

Exceptional!

Liked: Amazing staff!! The staff were exceptional, friendly, warm, knowledgeable. They couldn’t do enough for us during our stay! The location was fantastic very central and easy to get around. The breakfast was sensational there was such a range of dishes to choose from each morning and chef specials too! The rooftop with the pool was fabulous especially after a day of sightseeing! Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!

Superb

We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: The property was lovely, well decorated with nice posters and furniture and with a good rooftop area with a plunge pool. Our room was well appointed and comfortable and we did have the breakfast one morning and this was excellent and well worth the additional cost.
Disliked: The property is in a quieter area of Sevilla which would suit many visitors but we do prefer the Santa Cruz area.
