Had a wonderful stay

Liked: Hotel is in a great location for eateries, shops and short walk to the cathedral etc The hotel is a boutique hotel but rooms are spacious and are decorated well. Bathrooms are small but everything exceptionally clean to a 5 star standard. Well done to the domestic staff The breakfast is good although you are not informed that you can ask for an omelette which are delicious I am not sure if this is extra but wasn’t for us Victoria is excellent at her job at reception she is pleasant informative and knowledgeable. She was the person we went to for anything we needed. Excellent employee
Disliked: I thought that poor Alfonso got very overwhelmed if there was more than one person to serve at the bar area he can look like he’s completely stressed The bar closes at 10.30/11pm if your out all day on tours and dinner and fancy a relaxing drink when back to hotel unfortunately after this time you can not get anything There is no residence lounge and when you try room service it closes at this time as well. This would be our only issue with hotel

Excellent stay

Liked: Breakfast was typically continental, but plenty of options even for the fussy eaters. Staff were brilliant from check in to check out. Champagne on arrival was a great start to our stay! Room was small but everything we needed, bed very comfy, pillows amazing and the slippers and gowns an extra touch. Location was excellent and so central. Will definitely be back as we didn't have an opportunity to use the roof top plunge pool which looked very inviting in the heat!
Disliked: Nothing everything good.

Liked: Excellent location, lovely staff and fantastic breakfasts

Perfect location and welcoming staff

Liked: Ideally located and smartly appointed room. Perfect for walking distance to main attractions without being in the middle of the tourist areas. We didn't add breakfast as we felt it was expensive for a buffet so cannot comment, but there were plenty of small cafes locally for varied breakfast options. Just next door there is a cafe which does excellent coffee.
Disliked: We wouldn't have changed anything!
