Great stay and great hotel

Liked: The staff in the front desk went over and above to help us with getting our room as fast as possible, as we arrived early. They were always kind and efficient. I was very impresses!!
Disliked: nothing

Disliked: We booked a room for three and it was too cramped, there was no room to move between the bedside table and the beds.The bathroom room looks old and also small for three peopleThere were no slippers or bathrobes in the room.

Stunning hotel , calm oasis...

Liked: Beautiful hotel spacious , calm and oasis in the middle of summer and wonderful to go back to after a long day sightseeing
Disliked: Nothing really although breakfast cost was very high !

The reception staff could do...

Liked: The breakfast staff were amazing! Especially Jesus he really stood out for his welcoming nature. He was very happy, friendly and approachable. The location was very central but away from the noisy hustle bustle.
Disliked: The reception staff, they were very unbothered and monochrome. (Not the guy who takes the luggage though, he was very nice)

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a great location.
Disliked: While the hotel is beautiful with amazing views from the balcony, the standard of cleaning in our room wasn’t the best, make up on the floors from previous guests, dust and dirt in the bathroom. Did ask the hotel for it to be cleaned the following day as we had been travelling all day. Said they would but just bed made etc.. floors still dirty.
