Disliked: Not enough sun beds on roof terrace

Superb

Good but not exceptional.

Liked: Roof terrace, the location was convenient, breakfast was good, staff were helpful, room was clean and everything worked.
Disliked: The hassle of parking, ground floor decor/design was average, rooftop bar had limited stock.

Room problems

Liked: Very clean and quiet, excellent very helpful staff.
Disliked: Our room number 221 (Double room atrium view)::- H10's web site says 49" TV... ours was only about 32" mounted beside bathroom door.- If you change TV channels faster than about 3 seconds per channel change, TV restarts itself which takes about half a minute. Staff said that's the way it works.- Mattress sags on each side where a person normally sleeps, so I had to sleep in the middle.- Pictures show a small chair and a stuff chair. We had no chairs in our room, and there was no space to add any chairs there.

Disliked: Unfortunately our room had quite a few mosquitos. It took me a couple of nights to realise I was getting bitten in the room and despise I did my best to kill the mosquitos they kept coming back. I should have raised it with the staff as soon as I realised but I didn't, so they weren't able to do anything to fix it.

Good stay

Liked: Everything went well. Especially love their ceiling fan, so rest assured about good ventilation.
Disliked: Nothing can be complained.

Disliked: No one manned the bar by the pool til after 12pm so was difficult to get a drink if sunbathing .
