Disappointing

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Days before checking in I had requested a quiet twin room away from the lift. As we took the lift to enter the room it was located exactly there; right opposite the lift. In addition, there was an unbearable smell. Only the fifth room had less smell and was a double room instead of a twin room which had been booked. And still had the smell of fresh wall paint.The staff didn’t handle the situation according to four star hotel standards and left a bad taste. I would not stay there again. As a world traveller, haven’t seen quite the same lack of service anywhere else.

Liked: The reception staff was great.
Disliked: There was a problem with the mini-bar fridge that took two and a half days to fix. One morning, loud shouting came from the hallway for about half an hour and it turned out that the cleaners were arguing. It turns out that used coffee cups need to be emptied, otherwise they leave them in the room and there are no clean cups. It would be better if they explained this in advance.

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous and in a fantastic location. The staff was wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and had great facilities. The food was beautiful and we genuinely loved our visit.
Disliked: Nothing. We loved it all

Very good

Liked: A very chic and modern hotel. Nearby all public transportation, mini market, the lidl!, lovely restaurants and city centre. Good size room, comfortable bed and plenty of light from the windows. Cherry on top, the tv has a chrome cast too! A home away from home, highly recommended.
