We slept well. All was...

Liked: Location, trusted hotel we have stayed in different hotels from H10 before. It was very clean. Staff and cleaning staff are fabulous - very friendly.
Disliked: This hotel is rather old. Bathroom felt a little old . No balcony as i was told. It is an iron fence in front of a window. I was disappointed about this. Staff told me there was no availability but we realised after 3 nights stay this was likely not true.
