Would stay again

Liked: Room was very comfortable and serviced daily which was good.
Disliked: Checking in could have been handled a bit better. One lady on the desk spent 10 min on the phone while about 6 people were waiting to check in. She didn't have any support.

Inferior room allocation.

Liked: Good central location. Mid-day checkout.
Disliked: Despite booking a superior king room for 3 nights and paying close to $1000 we were initially allocated to a standard room on level 1 at the back of the property which was dark and had a view of a driveway ramp of the carpark for tall building next door. Once we complained at desk we were moved to another room on level 7 with outward view of city.

Liked: The location is convenient.
Disliked: The bed doesn't feel very comfy, especially the pillows. And also, places under the objects or the bed aren't clean enough, there is dust obviously.
