Liked: Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is quite convenient to the train station. The old town is just a short walk away. Felt very safe with my family. We had amazing Doner kebab that was right next door and breakfast a cafe a block down. They had a locked storage room for our bags before check in. It is such a great deal.
Disliked: Bathroom is a bit small and shower was a tight space for my 6'4" husband, but we would definitely stay there again.

Super location, friendly staff especially...

Liked: Comfy, cosy room. Great location; walking distance to the sights and train station. Breakfast is good. The staff are so helpful and friendly and are great with children. The ladies at reception were so kind to my two girls and remembered them when we returned.
Disliked: This is totally out of control of the hotel but be mindful, Schiller Strasse has lots of cafes with hookah pipes etc. Don’t let that put you off though.

Hotel near a train station...

Liked: Located close to the train station. Has parking available (but hard to find)
Disliked: Common areas need renovation. Breakfast is very basic (I’d skipped it).Rooms are tiny and don’t even have a mini bar/fridge

Very comfortable

Liked: The front desk lady who dealt with us (Anna) was quite amazing. She helped us, guided us, and made sure our trip went well, including smooth checkout. Rooms were comfortable. Excellent location.
Disliked: Having a small fridge in the room would have been very useful.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff very helpful
Disliked: Streets werw noisy

Pleasant

Liked: Room and breakfast was very good.
Disliked: There were no parking. We couldn't find parking more as 2 h. All parking were full. It was terrible experience.
