disappointing finish

Liked: Location and shuttle service perfect
Disliked: Late checkout requested and paid for. People walked in from hotel to hurry me along but i had room until 3pm and paid for. I had someone walk in as I was getting into the shower. Very poor communication by hotel staff. Still made me pay for late checkout $60

Disliked: Lack of response by the security team to handle a parry next door to my room from 12am-3:30am.. called three times And finally when I tools them I was calling the police, they finally did something!! Then speaking with front staff in the am the attitude was horrible!! Manager did call me about 5 hrs later asked what he could do and all stated was return my money, for the unslept night!!!

Disliked: Bus collection service from airport is less frequent than other nearby hotels.

Overall, enjoyed my stay

Disliked: Housekeeping did not clean my room on the 2nd day even though I informed them too.

Liked: My reservation was cancelled be booking.com but reception start got me same room for same price and I could check in earlier.Great friendly staff

Liked: We were allocated a room but when we entered the room it was not made up or cleaned, we then had to go back down to reception where they allocated us another room.In this room there were no coffee facilities available which when we made the booking it was specified that there will be coffee facilities in the room. The other 2 x rooms which our family members stayed in however did have coffee facility.
