Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist, Julien, was very nice, professional and helpful with everything. Food was great and a big plus that the restaurant is open all day with the possibility of having dinner in the hotel.
Disliked: There could be more attention paid to the details when it comes to cleaning the rooms.When changing the towels pay attention how many guests are in the room, 2 or 3. Three sets of towels at the beginning and the next day they were changed but with 2 instead of 3.No guest wants to see dusty lamps, sockets and nightstands, empty shower gel or soap bottle, toilet seat with yellow spots on it.Overall it's a clean room, just attention to details and it would be amazing.
