Liked: Direkt an der Musical Halle Starlight Express

Very good

Liked: Friendly staff. Good size, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was lovely. Location excellent if visiting Starlight Express.
Disliked: Limited on-site parking which can become full easily. Fortunately, there is another car park some 50m away for 5 euros per 24hr.

Unwelcoming staff but comfortable bed!

Liked: Breakfast was ok, room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I could not connect to WiFi in my room. Once the key stopped working. Worst thing was with checkout though, when I asked for the invoice and if the could put my address on it I was met with a big sigh from the receptionist, as if that was way too much to ask for from my side. If you don’t like to work with people, maybe you should not work in the reception of a hotel.
