Superb

Liked: Very comfortable beds and clean modern room and bathroom. Very good breakfast. Few metres from U-Bahn and Tram. Good area.
Disliked: Nothing we did not like.

Perfect...highly recommend this hotel

Liked: Staff were fabulous! Lovely big room.with great air conditioning, WiFi and walk-in shower. Very comfortable bed. Excellent choice at breakfast. Great location for main train station and all other sights easy to reach via tram or metro.

Disliked: Vibes a bit off though, breakfast was okay but it felt like the hotel is saving money on those ingredients, I.e. on the lower quality side. Having spent almost 500 eur on our 3 day stay - I expected a much better breakkie, but I guess, it is what is it. The interior design had a weird old-timey early 2010's vibe to it. I would say they can definitely improve on that

Liked: The beds were comfortable, staff were friendly-there was a supermarket next door and the checkout time was 12pm and breakfast was on until half ten. They also put mini haribo on our pillows which is cute. There was a fridge and aircon in our room room.
Disliked: The breakfast only had apple, mixed fruit and pink grapefruit juice - which are the worst flavours in my opinion. I wasn't overly keen on the breakfast options myself. The road outside is quite noisy- so I would bring earplugs personally.

Fine hotel, but over charged...

Liked: Very good location by public transport
Disliked: They charged me twice and have denied that they incorrectly charged me upon arrival, when I’d pre-paid when I made the booking. I went back down to reception to say they’d charged me by mistake, was told I’d be refunded the next day but wasn’t. Upon checking out I tried to explain the situation to a different receptionist, who said there was no evidence of this payment on their system. I had paid at that very desk just days before so I don’t know where the confusion has come from or why there is no evidence on their system of the payment I made. The pillows were also awful.
