Beautiful location; lovely and generous...

Liked: Lovely staff; beautiful location. Good bus network, too; they drop you off at the door!

Lovely, in the middle of...

Liked: We paid for breakfast which was lovely.The lounge was a nice relaxing area also my son was happy as the pool table which was free of charge which was a bonus.I liked this hotel as I wanted to stay in the middle of nowhere.
Disliked: The banging of the doors throughout the night, which was very loud and kept scaring my son as he thought someone was trying to get in the room.Not much choice of drinks at the bar.

Liked: Very accessible, friendly and absolutely stunning location and views! Most holidays I have to ask for extra/move furniture but this holiday was perfect for us as everything was thought about and provided for. Brilliant holiday, thank you, we will definitely return!

Liked: rooms were fine and the view from the front of the hotel is stunning.
Disliked: There was no dinner available. It was difficult/dangerous to walk on the road between the hotel and the village. The hotel is also further than Blaenau Ffestiniog than I had expected. The staff also had no idea of areas of interest locally. They had no idea how far it was to the waterfalls that were signposted as a walk from the village.
