Friendly hotel perfectly located for...

Liked: Fantastic dinner, and breakfast was very good too. A very traditional country hotel, loads of character. Mind your head!
Disliked: The room was comfortable but decor is dated - not a problem for me, but others might be disappointed.

Reasonable place, excellent location for...

Liked: Perfect location for climbing Cadair Idris. Owner was very chatty, food was nice.
Disliked: It’s a little dated, room was very warm, could use a few updates like new pillows

Perfect place for walkers wanting...

Liked: Food excellent - breakfast and dinner. Location perfect for us, indeed the reason for the choice, because it lies just yards from the start of the wonderful Minffordd route up Cadair Idris. For walkers it's ideal.

Liked: Very nice b&b Gordon was a very nice host if you intend on visiting cadair Idris and want a great location this is an ideal place as the b&b was situated at the foot of cadair Idris food was nice aswell.
