Bed sit

Liked: Location easy of check in.
Disliked: One shower for 11 rooms is not good if your get a couple hogging it. Them not leaving to give you ago, but to get more products to enjoy they join shower. I think you need another shower.

Great value for money

Liked: We booked two rooms for one night — one double and one triple — and were very pleased with our stay. The triple room was especially spacious, with a bathtub and plenty of natural light. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice quality. But the best part was definitely the location — right next to the sea! Perfect for walks and enjoying the view. We would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The mattress on the double bed in the triple room. I don’t expect five-star bedding when staying in a B&B — that’s completely understandable. But what I do think is unacceptable, regardless of the price, is a mattress where you can literally feel every spring digging into your body as soon as you lie down. There’s a basic level of comfort that any accommodation should meet, and unfortunately, this mattress didn’t.If this issue were fixed, it would make a huge difference, because everything else was really enjoyable.

Superb

Liked: The guest house was ideally suited for the beach and town centre, the room had a very nice bay window, little table and chairs,very well set out. Very nice breakfast,and friendly staff.We would stay at this guest house again.
Disliked: No toilet in the room, but my fault for not looking at the accommodation properly .Even though it stated parking, it didn't say you had to find street parking , possibly a bit miss leading, no real issues though .

Great stay wish it was...

Liked: We had a ground floor room So did not need to climb stairs with our cases.It was clean and comfortable and close to the beach. Excellent breakfast

Liked: Very nice, cosy property - a bit noisy but that can’t be helped due to the location and other guests
Disliked: Room was a bit grimy in places

Very good

Liked: Good position. Tasty breakfast. Side sea view as I was at the top of the property. Telephone help when I arrived late and had trouble finding property. Iron in room.
Disliked: Pillows had seen better days. Stairs are a little difficult to manage with luggage.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very comfortable and very well furnished. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. The location was excellent, near the promenade, only ten minutes walk from the railway station.
Disliked: The shower room was down two flights of stairs.

Lovely stay!

Liked: Attractive room, lots of window light, good location bang on the sea front with street and a bit of sea view to the right. Decent breakfast. Good size TV. BATH TUB
Disliked: Nothing to not like. A bit new for us not having someone to greet you at the door, but it was organised well and actually didn't feel impersonal.....and then you get to meet the owner the next day at breakfast, who was friendly and helpful.
