Liked: The location is good a lovely setting on the canal. Room was quite spacious
Disliked: I think the rooms are very dated, dismally lit and the lime scale in the kettle is shocking, couldn't even make a drink this needs addressing immediately

Liked: Meals were good in the restaurant
Disliked: The cleanliness. The whole place needs a makeover. It would look better if they tidied the outside areas especially the gardens & flower beds they were all over grown with weeds. Its very run down and low maintained

Amazing, a lovely place for...

Liked: Breakfast was incredible and the staff were more than accommodating when one of our TV's was damaged. Its such a cute place to stay and we all said we would definitely stay again.
Disliked: One of the lights in the room was quite a bright harsh white, so we didn't use it, but i'm nitpicking, we loved everything!

Liked: I liked the spa bath the big big the style of the whole of guys is lovley!
Disliked: I didn’t like the pillows on the bed they where flat and uncomfortable I think they need upgrading, Some of the room was dusty on the windows and a stain in the bath looked like a brown burn.

Disliked: Considering you booking room for romantic escape because it has jacuzi.its far oway from reality and expectations.it was near 120£ in first plase in next plase i wont concider if was 40£.the porpose off room is romantic ascape or not shelter for homless.i have some pictures to pruve my point.

Very good

Liked: Warm welcome, big fluffy towels. Comgortable bed Everywhere spotlessly clean. Easy north/south stop over off M6. Bus stop close to head into Garstang for the evening. Pay for what you have breakfast, unusual but turned out to be good value.
Disliked: It seemed a bit worn in places, would benefit from some upgrades of soft furnishings.
