Liked: More than helpful staff; comfortable beds; great room; no bed bugs - I checked. Very satisfied, highly recommended. Not fancy, but very nice, and no hidden charges or fees.
Disliked: They must learn how to control the weather better at their resort.

If not for the location...

Liked: Location, room was clean, food was good, pool was very nice. Hotel over all was much less than expected, did not live up to the hype.

Superb

Liked: It's clean room, staffs was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Being on the ground floor it was very noisy and the lights in the room wasn't very bright little too dark for my taste

Liked: Location to town was fantastic. Having a dining option on site wonderful. Beaches are amazing. Room was comfortable and quiet and had a partial beach view just as stated in description!
