Poor value.

Liked: The staff were amazing and it was nice to have fresh coffee throughout the day. Great views of the ocean. It was nice to have live entertainment at the hotel next door.
Disliked: The rooms were very broken. The bathroom counters were falling apart, the carpet was always wet, my young daughter found a large marijuana joint in one of the drawers, the halls smelled of beer, the beach needs to be raked every morning, parking is very tight.

Liked: LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR THE BEACH, EASY TO FIND AS ON THE MAIN ROAD, PARKING IS TO THE FRONT WITH PLENTY OF ROOM, LIFTS AT THE HOTEL, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN WITH ENOUGH SPACE TO BE COMFORTABLE, THE BATHROOM WAS SPACIOUS
Disliked: THE KITCHEN AREA COULD DO WITH UPDATING, THE FRIDGE WAS VERY RUSTY ON THE OUTSIDE AND THE WALL LAMPS HAD PATCHES OF RUST ALSO,
