Disappointing

Liked: Gardens beautiful but rooms needing a bit of tidying up. Stains in toilet and shower floor and room needing a bit of a spruce up.

Passable

Liked: Although room was clean there was aught smell of something.Shower was partly working
Disliked: Nice location and property was done well but probably need upgrading

Lovely stay, friendly staff

Liked: The staff at our check-in and the restaurant at dinner were extremely nice and helpful. I went with friends to celebrate my birthday and the staff made this time even better! We booked for the spa facility and we enjoyed it, especially the outside jaccuzi pool!
Disliked: The noise insulation wasn't great, so we could hear people walking in the corridors, talking during night time. Also there is a peacock on site, lovely if you spot him, but beware that he wakes up at sunrise (4.30am for us....) and with the poor noise insulation we were woken up by him! The showers in the spa area were uncleaned (scale on the doors, bad smell) and no rules in the sauna, so no one had towels under them...quite unhygienic!

Liked: The hotel is quiiet and was located conveniently
Disliked: Despite repeated attemps to sort out an overpayment, the staff seemed unwilling or unable to refund the money the hotel owes us.

Liked: Lovely peaceful hotel. Great friendly staff from reception to the night porter. Plenty of parking spaces.
Disliked: Nothing bad, a little bit of mould in the bathroom silicone and a few cobwebs by window but still a nice comfortable room.
