Thoroughly underwhelming....

Disliked: Booked an early morning call, not received..... Booked a newspaper, not received..... Booked the hotel specifically as it had a pool, not in sevice.... Arrived at breakfast and waited nearly 10 minutes to be seated.... Breakfast cold and greasy.......Not a great start to a full day of meetings

Disliked: Warm water , bath didnt run hot in the evening. Soap dispensers not easy to use. Problems with paid Carparking in the basement
