Guildford Harbour Hotel

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Friendly service; clean room, sheets and towels. 5 stars.

Liked: The bathroom shower was amazing. The bed were so comfy and the pillows were so soft. Location but also cleanliness and comfort.
Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely stay, I like it.

Liked: Staff are accommodating to my special request and did it with a smile.
Disliked: I dont like the wall pictures as they are scary to me. I also dont like red and black combination colour scheme in the room.

Liked: Reception did not at least tell me more on the facilities when I checked it. I was told they had parking without being told they were charged. I was charged £18 at check out.
Disliked: I deposited £50 at check in and was refunded only £15
