I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Friendly service; clean room, sheets and towels. 5 stars.

Liked: The bathroom shower was amazing. The bed were so comfy and the pillows were so soft. Location but also cleanliness and comfort.
Disliked: Nothing.

Perfect location, lovely staff, nice...

Liked: The hotel was in the perfect location as we went to a gig at G Live next door
Disliked: The room was looking a little tired… a small rip in the curtain, the blind was a little damaged, the table below the tv had a few marks on the left hand side, the wall next to the first bed had marks and scuffs on it

Liked: Breakfast - Excellent choice, quality of ingredients, well prepared and hot where applicable
Disliked: The dining chairs in the breakfast room are threadbare where the backing fabric used was not of sufficient wear resistance as the seat pads. This makes the furniture look very tired. Also the dining chairs need felt glides on the feet to stop the loud noises whenever the chairs are moved. The dining furniture needs a refresh as it lets the rest of the excellent decor down.

Liked: lovely spacious,clean and modern room. Comfortable bars etc and great breakfast. Fantastic location for G live and restaurants

Convenient location.

Liked: Pleasant vibe , fairly central location .
Disliked: It’s advertised as a spa hotel , however to use the spa as a resident an additional charge of £10 pp for 1 hour use . There is nothing relaxing about a 1 hour use of a spa at such expense . The room was standard in every way , shower was small and minimalist in towels etc . Enjoyed our stay but overall not as plush as we had anticipated.

good location, but disappointed

Liked: location was great. Quality of bedding good and clean. lovely main lobby/bar area.
Disliked: Had a bad sleep. In a twin bedded room (and have stayed in many other hotels with twin beds) but these were so narrow I almost fell out when I turned over a few times. no mini bar/fridge. old tea bag packets. and only a couple so we had to ask for more. mirror positioned by our beds in the oddest of ways as it was a stand up mirror fixed on its side right next to bed but with no real purpose. the cottonwool in bathroom was medical (not beauty) and packaged as such .weird and reminded me of hospital swabs. No toilet brush either. and no bins for recycling.
