Liked: The receptionist are good and helpful especially for Ms. Tsang once we entered the hotel. I am too happy to have a early check in since we landed in UK in the morning. Also both the bed and pillow are very good

Liked: Lovely space to socialise, fabulous spa and gym area. Two good restaurants.
Disliked: Car park was not easy to access, would also prefer not to pay for this. Think it should be included in the price.

Disliked: C02 alarm went off at 1am and was faulty . Had to change rooms when I had to leave for airport at 4am. Wasn’t able to get back to sleep and ruined a wedding event I had that night. Also having lunch in the main restaurant the staff brought wrong food and drink three times. The manager had to come over to apologize . Staff under trained and don’t listen. Had to go up to bar to get drinks as they forgot to bring the drinks ( after they got it wrong ). You had to throw away 2 meals due to mistakes by staff.
