Liked: Great location and restaurant is good. Restaurant staff are always very helpful and kind. Food fairly standard but it does the job at the right price.
Disliked: Rooms can be noisy - we had noisy bin wagons in the morning outside room. Key didn’t work so trailed back to reception with three bags. Staff member came back up with me but didn’t offer to carry a bag. I’m nearly 50 snd he’s in his 20s….just bad manners!

Disliked: The fact I came here to celebrate my actual birthday and use the spa to only find out I had to book it and it was full! Which ruined my birthday as wanted to chill in the spa with my daughter for the day and we could not get in. We was not advised to book either prior to arriving

At show next door at...

Liked: Wanted just an hour in the spa so should have booked the hour before check out rather than a 3 hour slot after checkout.Also it would have been nice to have snacks in the bar after the show but was told the kitchens were closed. Keep some behind the bar in future. Thank you to the lovely waiter who went and found us some olives
Disliked: Spa booking, would have liked more flexibility i.e. an hour after our check out time would have been really good.
