Guildford Harbour Hotel

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Friendly service; clean room, sheets and towels. 5 stars.

Liked: The bathroom shower was amazing. The bed were so comfy and the pillows were so soft. Location but also cleanliness and comfort.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good

Liked: Staff at reception, especially Kush, we're helpful in ensuring we understood the facilities available and how they could be accessed.
Disliked: Additional charges for car parking and pool should be made clearer before point of booking. Other restrictions i.e age limit for spa (which includes an outdoor pool, sauna, plunge pool and jacuzzi) should also be made explicitly clear before booking is complete.

Liked: Facilities and location were great. All staff very friendly and provide great service. Breakfast good quality with lots of options.
Disliked: Additional cost for parking and 1 hour use of the spa . I would have expected both to be included (even if based on availability when you arrive).

Liked: Lovely staff especially Gracie in the restaurant took the time to be friendly and very attentive.
Disliked: Nothing !

Overall excellent. Staff were lovely.

Liked: Light and airy. Felt a nice place to chill.
Disliked: Putting makeup on in my room wasn’t the best as the lighting was poor. A bright light by the desk would have been better. The cushion smelt stale.

Liked: The staff were super friendly and the location was amazing .The bar/ coffee area was nicely decorated
Disliked: The rooms were dark and dated Except for the bathroom There was no coffee machine and the toiletries were poor Spa was small with no inside pool -just plunge one and having to book and pay per hour seemed a shame
