Superb

Liked: Honestly, I had a very good stay here. And easy 9/10
Disliked: The stove top kettle, for me, was a bit irritating. Also the fan didn't work, as there is no aircon the fan would've been a welcome relief from the 30 c weather.

Very good

Liked: Clean, comfy bed, friendly staff - there was an issue with me paying twice for the room but it was resolved very easily and quickly.The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The windows need to be changed. I slept with my earplugs on because of road noise.

Do not sleep road side,...

Liked: The room was decent and clean. Nothing too fance but it served the purpose
Disliked: The windows are not adequate to keep the noise of the busy street out. During our one night stay we could hardly sleep because of the excessive noise of racing cars and all the traffic. Would recommend to find a different place to stay if you have the option, or at least request a room that does not face the road.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is perfect, it is indeed literally 2 min from train station, and couple of minutes from city centre. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was not sure if I could leave Nijmegen at friday due to train strikes, and lady at the reception helped me with possible solutions.
