Superb

Liked: Very close to the railway station of less than 10 mins walk. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs were lind and helpful. Breakfast is good with many varieties.
Disliked: Little bit far from the city centre of about 15 - 20 mins walk. Anyway, it's not a problem indeed.

Good location, nice room, great...

Liked: Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from the train station and coach stops, and about 20 minutes pleasant walk into the centre of the town (and safe to walk back to after the late-night opera). The room was fine, quiet and comfortable. This "guesthouse" is, in effect, an annex to the next door hotel, where an absolutely brilliant breakfast is served.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality...

Liked: The room exceeded our expectations. It looked like it was recently renovated with a very good shower room. It was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast also exceeded our expectation with a good selection of hot and cold buffet items. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Finally, the main reason for choosing the hotel was its location being no more than a 10 minute walk from the Verona railway station. It was also only a 25 minute walk to the Verona arena with all the associated restaurants and bars.
Disliked: The entrance to the building and hallway to the room was a little disconcerting with multiple locked doors opened by the main reception staff observing entrants via CCTV. There was, however, never an issue on gaining entry.

Disliked: For people with mobility issues, it’s a bit far from town centre

Liked: Nice room, with air conditioner and fresh, and curtains, nice bed.
Disliked: The room is not very well isolated from outside noise. Building is ok, but needs maintenance.

A lovely few days in...

Liked: Comfortable room, excellent shower and a balcony. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: A little far away from the centre, however it was very convenient for the station.
