Liked: We had an excellent experience with one front staff member named James. He lowered the Hot Tub’s heat after it felt scoldingly hot to our feet. And he allowed us to have an extension of an hour onto our check out time to help make up for the subpar stay. And the breakfast was good. The waffles were especially delicious and there were lots of food options to choose from for our family of four. The pillows were thick and squishy soft. The refrigerator was nice to have for our leftovers & many waters fit inside. The unit in the room worked very well and quickly heated and cooled the entire space.
Disliked: The pool was closed the day we arrived due to someone throwing up in it. And it was still closed the following day and part of the third day. We couldn’t use the hot tub while the pool was being dealt with and I chose the hotel specifically for the indoor pool for my kids & the hot tub for me due to chronic pain. The laundry room was unavailable for our entire stay. The beds were like sleeping on rocks with sheets over them. There was mold in the bath tub and I found it along the one window in the room. When we first opened the door to our room and every time we left and came back, the room was terribly stinky. It took a while before our noses adapted. The WIFI was absolutely awful. We had to re-login each device many times throughout the day. AND I had to delete the hotel from my wifi list and re-Find it again each time. Lots of extra steps and it would go out randomly! The TV remote felt sticky no matter how many times we wiped it down.. Using the microwave made the lights flicker. I woke up all night to people closing their room doors even with a box fan pointed towards me on high. The first day we arrived my husband witnessed a guest who had just checked in go to a neighboring room and use his assigned key to open the door. Upon entering that room, the guest learned that the room was already occupied by another person who was IN THE ROOM! Needless to say, my husband was worried someone would be falsely assigned our room so we felt anxious and on edge since our two children were with us. There was also not enough storage type things in the room for unpacking. The chair in the room was insanely uncomfortable and very very hard. It was super tall and and deep which made my husband feel like a little kid sitting in it lol

Liked: The value--it was a comfortable clean room for a great value. Also they had a hot tub.
Disliked: Everything was fine

Liked: The pool and spay looked great. Staff was so friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. I would rent here again for sure.
Disliked: Nothing. Price was reasonable.

Liked: The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded this upon arrival and extended out our stay extra week.
Disliked: The guest laundry needed a new dryer.
