Disliked: Way too expensive for the lack of value. Lack of comfort. Beds were uncomfortable. Too quiet. Cheap towels. No “luxury” feel to a hotel. The breakfast was gross.

Liked: Place is clean and room staff were very pleasant.
Disliked: Very dated. Room 209 sits above the laundry, so constant noise, even throughout the night - avoid! Bed was soft and bouncy, so any movement disturbed the other person. Breakfast food was fine but plastic cutlery is useless and the huge waste from disposable plates, cups, cutlery, etc. is not acceptable in this day and age. If they can wash the mass of laundry themselves then they can wash a few plates, cups, etc.
