Disliked: The first room was not cleaned. The bathroom was dirty....toilet and floor. Bad pillows

Decent and fair for the...

Liked: Smelt clean, looks like the pictures. Staff (Richard) was friendly.
Disliked: The beds were HORRIBLE. So so uncomfortable, could feel every spring in the bed. Pool was very cold.
