It was "OK" for the price; was quiet; clean; the staff was extremely friendly.

Liked: Friendly service; location convenient to the plans we had while visiting; reasonable rate.
Disliked: N/A

The desk help were nice. The smells were bad in the stairway, hallways and rooms.

Liked: Free breakfast; close to Tacoma Dome.
Disliked: Carpets were dirty and smelled bad.

Room's should be cheaper because...

Great value, good service, older...

Liked: Front desk employees are fantastic. Helpful and prompt to check in and out with no problems. All issues were addressed and taken care of promptly. 24 hour coffee is huge for me since I don't sleep a lot and it was nice to have hot coffee when I was awake. The rooms are comfortable so don't the the aging of the outside scare you off.
Disliked: Nothing against the hotel at all, but the area isn't the best. Just make sure you don't leave your car unlocked or any vauable where they can be seen. And if you are a guy, be prepared to have a conversation with the ladies.

Disliked: The staff was very rude. A female employee who works on the swing shift was very unprofessional. When we checked in and went to our room we noticed we were given no towels. I went to the front desk to let staff know but she was checking in another guest. I let her know about the towels and she said after she was done with the other guest she would get them for me. After approximately 10-15 minutes I went back to the front desk to get the towels (I had wanted to shower when I checked in) the staff was sitting down eating. I asked "did you get our towels"? She said "I am eating my dinner right now, I will get them when I'm done". I explained to her that we paid for a room and shouldn't have to wait to shower and that she should have gotten our towels before she sat down to eat. She was rude and gave us dirty looks. I told her to do her job and that customers come first.

Liked: Wasn’t to far from were we needed to be
Disliked: Rundown! halls had stained old worn out carpet wallpaper peeling missing kick boards and missing trim. The room was old and smelled. The carpet needed vacuumed and the pillows were so worn out. In the middle of the night I woke up a the broke spring in the bed stabbing into my hip. There was an empty alcohol can in between the bed and the nightstand. I didn’t even shower because everything was so dirty.

Cozy little hotel

Liked: The very professional and super friendly staff at the front desk. Even the housekeepers are exceptional. Keep up the good work and I highly recommend this place because you saveoney and get top.notch clean rooms and facilities. Thank you .
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the bus route.
