It was "OK" for the price; was quiet; clean; the staff was extremely friendly.

Liked: Friendly service; location convenient to the plans we had while visiting; reasonable rate.
Disliked: N/A

The desk help were nice. The smells were bad in the stairway, hallways and rooms.

Liked: Free breakfast; close to Tacoma Dome.
Disliked: Carpets were dirty and smelled bad.

Liked: the hotel is clean and quiet, and private there's a back entrance which make it convienant for transporting luggage or for escorts to enter and leave privately.

Disliked: The staff was rude the website said they serve breakfast. There was no breakfast at all the phone in the room didn’t work and we were given a sheets for blankets

Disliked: I didn't even stay here. It was a waste of my money and I would like a refund.When I first got there, they told me that the service animal Certificate I had for my dog was not the kind they accepted which doesn't make any sense because its universal. So I had to pay for a pet deposit but when I got into the room i couldn't even tell if there was a window there or not cause it was so dirty And the condensation was pouring black streaks down the Window. Then I got into the bathroom and it was filthy. The comforters and bedskirt had some sort of liquidity white substance on them and it was absolutely disgusting. There was a vagrant in the hallway laying next to the elevator who's body was blocking the hall. i called booking.com because the front desk person said i could get a refund But the booking.com lady refused to call her And I was extremely frustrated so I Said forget it because I didn't even want my son to even go in that room. It was a horrible situation and I would appreciate my money back. Plus they said because of COVID. The breakfast thing was a no go which should be advertised before you buy the room.

I would not stay again...

Liked: It was close to the Tacoma dome and the staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The whole place smelled really bad from the hallways, elevator and our room. Carpets were filthy and stained. The room itself was in disrepair. It was noisy from traffic outside and the people above us were up all night walking around so it was difficult to try to sleep. The smell made me feel sick being in the room so I opened the window.
