Superb
Liked: It was a very clean/reasonably priced hotel. The only downfall was we were on the side by the freeway and at times the traffic noise was bad. Overall a nice stay.

Poor
Liked: Convenience to the people we were visiting and downtown.
Disliked: My wife had to wipe down the bathroom as it was dirty when we arrived. The people who stayed in the room above us were loud (not only voices but also stomping around) until after 2am. When I registered, I stated that 4 individuals were staying in the room, yet there were towels for only 3 people, so we had to go and ask for more. Also, when we arrived, there were only 4 small pillows on the two queen sized beds and we had to ask for more of those as well..

Fit my needs for a...
Liked: I needed a clean, safe place to stay close to work during inclement weather. The rooms are simple, but dean and comfortable. I appreciated the in room microwave and refrigerator and nearby stores and restaurants. Staff was helpful. Breakfast provided. I especially was impressed with the spa room. I was pleasantly surprised with the great hot tub! Very clean and the water was hot enough (sometimes an issue at hotels).
Disliked: I couldn't get the special rate when I asked to stay an extra night. The rate was reasonable, so it was okay.

Once is enough!
Liked: The suite had its own entrance from the outside.
Disliked: Worn out. Lamp shades precariously sit upon lamps, wads of dusty shelf liners in clothes closet. Free breakfast: coffee was a clear fail as you could read the newspaper through it. $50 charge to check in early. The ‘spa’ seemed indefinitely closed.
