Superb
Liked: Location to the hospitals was great. A little outdated hotel, but was good enough, clean and safe. Don’t try to update the rooms much, because that will raise the price too much for families with sick family members in the hospital, it’ll be too expensive for them to stay close by at a reasonable price.

Superb
Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.
Disliked: Every morning around 4:45-5am someone in a room next to me (which I think was a staff-only room) made noises loud enough to wake me up.

It worked Staff was great...
Liked: The property was close to where I needed to be at the UMAS Medical Center and close to just about everything the staff was great Karen and the rest of staff was really nice
Disliked: Our room wasn’t very clean. The cat was a little dirty, which we never sat on floor was dirty I wore. White socks, and turned black. The room was a little outdated, but the bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. The air got really hot smoke alarm went off and smelled burnt, but we turned the air condition off. It wasn’t too bad. The cleaner came in the second day and mop the floor and it was still pretty dirty, it was an OK. stay we slept pretty good

A pleasant stay but would...
Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location was good. Room was quiet
Disliked: Facility could be better maintained. Room was clean but showed wear and tear. Front doors were not working and had to be pulled open and closed. Not enough close parking for customers. Too many EV chargers in front parking spaces.

A nice stay in Little...
Liked: I recently stayed at the Guest Inn and Suites in Little Rock, Arkansas, and had a very pleasant experience. The location was incredibly convenient—adjacent to a medical center and just minutes away from the interstate, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the abundance of dining options nearby, many of which were within walking distance. Whether you're in town for medical reasons, business, or just passing through, the location is hard to beat. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was modern, well-maintained, and spotless. It’s clear that cleanliness is a priority at this hotel. In the morning, I was pleased to find that the breakfast served was fresh and satisfying—a great way to start the day. What stood out most to me, though, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about the guests’ comfort. There’s a warmth to the hospitality here that makes you feel like more than just a customer—you’re treated like a guest in the truest sense of the word. It’s that personal touch that really sets this hotel apart. While the Guest Inn and Suites isn’t a luxury property and lacks amenities like a pool, it offers a cozy, safe, and pleasant environment. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a well-located, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Little Rock.
Disliked: There really wasn't anything that I disliked about this property. While they do take a $150 deposit, it can be done either with a credit card (which can take a few days to be released after checkout) or cash, which is returned to you when you check out.
