Disliked: The room was dirty. The dresser drawer was laying on its side. Staff said they were in process of fixing. We only had one sheet on our bed. We did not have towels , shampoo or hand soap. My husband went to desk to request towels and desk said person is not in until tomorrow. We can get towels sometime around eight a.m. I went down stairs and requested our money back because room was not ready . He said we could not get money back because we booked through Booking.com. I stood in office trying to get in contact with booking but was unsuccessful. But office person reach into cabinet and provided me with soap. He then went down the hall and got another sheet for me and then retrieved two towels. Upstairs my husband found a condom in the couch. We were totally disgusted in the condition of the room. I am requesting the refund of our money. Booking.com should not be representing this property.
