Very close to White River Amphitheater, i liked that. Very good location and easy parking. I found this hotel on ConcertHotels.com, so I was hoping for a later check out time than 11 :( I didn't ask, but I'm sure it would have been possible. I was pleased with my whole experience.

Liked: The staff was amazing. I loved that there was a microwave, a coffe maker and a fridge. I loved the vibe in the courtyard - everyone was happy. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. I WILL be staying here again.
Disliked: The bed was comfortable, but the comforter had burn holes in it and the sheets were stained.

I would like to suggest that you switch from styrofoam products. They are so bad for the environment. I skipped the breakfast entirely.

Liked: Very clean and cozy! I loved the bed covers. A lot of hotels give you a lite weighted blanket and I always freeze. Theirs were perfect!
Disliked: Needs a little updating but still very nice!

Liked: Room was clean. They did have a hair dryer available in the room. There was shampoo and cream rinse.
Disliked: Old hotel. All rooms are accessed outside. If you want an updated facility, this isn't the place. They need to consider offering some type of fruit with breakfast. The room only had 1 trash can for the bedroom area and bathroom. There was only 1 wash cloth for a 2 bed bedroom. There was only 1 bar of soap by the sinks, but nothing for the bathtub. There was no body wash. .

Disliked: Bed not comfortable and way too expensive for an older semi updated hotel.

Lots of issues in the...

Liked: Looked nice from the outside but inside was dirty, plugin didn’t work, curtains had holes that allowed sunshine in early am, phone didn’t work to call the front desk, no plug to take a bath, refrigerator/ freezer froze up & then melted all over the food I had!
Disliked: See above - left a copy of my concerns with the desk as I checked out.
