Passable

Liked: Close to cruise ship.But some of the surrounding area is rough.
Disliked: The staff were not helpful and lack customer service. The front desk staff provided info regarding their restaurant which was in conflict with the restaurant, which caused issues. Then they gave us wrong info regarding an open restaurant that was supposed to be on the street corner. Which resulted us walking around a couple blocks, which was difficult for my 80 year old mom.

Disliked: The spa was so small only could fit 8 people in at one time There were road works right outside hotel

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was nice. The room was spacious with a very comfortable king size bed and pillows. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We enjoyed using the spa with a sauna, steam room and a large whirlpool.
Disliked: The spa whirlpool's controls did not always work and it was not as hot as it should be.

Great stay-we’ll be back!

Liked: Clean & spacious room, friendly & helpful staff, great breakfast and location was perfect balance of being easy to access places but quiet at night
Disliked: Would be lovely to have pool use included as standard!

Good

Disliked: Photos on booking looked much better. In reality room was less bright, less cozzy. I liked photos with swimming pool but it turned out to be a part of SPA service. Nothing critical, probably just my personal overexpectations.

Liked: Bathroom supplies were good
Disliked: The sink was outside the bathroom, there was a bad smell in the corridors, the use of wet space should be free for hotel guests
