Exceptional

A lovely place to stay....

Liked: The apartments are spacious and clean. Well decorated and comfortable.
Disliked: There is a pilates studio below us and they are noisy first thing in the morning. You can hear the loud music and the instructor yelling into the microphone.

One and done - would...

Liked: Has stove top. Big shower is good. Parking included. Has a washing machine and ironing boared. Balcony is good for fresh air as it feels quite stuffy.
Disliked: Where to start... the digital key was very finicky and caused a lot of frustration as it wouldn't "read" it and had to keep trying. Terrible experience to get so frustrated when just trying to get into the hotel. There are no cooking supplies - oils, pantry staples.The bed wasn't comfortable. The little stools for the tiny table are horrible! So hard and cold. Powerpoints next to the bed to plug your chargers into, you have to crawl on the ground to plug in. Not very sound proof - could hear lots of noises from the rooms around.

Decent Stay Overall.

Liked: 1. The rooms were spacious and clean.2. The location is close to the city.3. Free car parking.
Disliked: 1. The check-in process was cumbersome, requiring multiple attempts to upload ID.2. Bathroom amenities like shampoo and soap appeared to be of sub-standard quality.3. Housekeeping was provided only once during the stay.

Exceptional

We never needed to walk...

Liked: Excellent location.Convenient check-in.Very responsive reception staff on phone; organised new battery for heater immediately, and very quickly gave my husband e-key access when he visited.
Disliked: Unfortunately the e-key didn't hold on my phone and each day (or sometimes twice in a day) I had to get a request a new code sent to my phone. Not a major deal but mildly irritating.

Overall a beautiful facility and...

Disliked: A little bit more cleaning

Convienient, relaxing, comfy.

Liked: Location and accessibility and the bath
Disliked: That there arent basic pantry items like salt and pepper and oil and a few butters.

Great place

Liked: A great place to stay if you are going to the Adelaide Showgrounds - about a 10 minute walk. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. And a great local pub - The Goody was just up the road. Several supermarkets are close by as well. Although we did not drive on this occasion there appeared to be plenty of off street secure car parking. Public transport in the way of buses were stopping outside the motel. And tram stops were not thyat far away
Disliked: The keyless entry system took a bit of getting used to but after a couple of time entering the property it was easy to work.
