Liked: Room was spacious and curtains really blacked out light.
Disliked: Breakfast finished at 9.30am

Very good

Liked: Comfortable bed, good shower and very quiet environs. Problems w safe amd TV remote quickly resolved.
Disliked: Work related tools and pile of dirty towels left on outdoor Terrace. I feel the booking.com site oversold the quality of the location. But in the end, it was comfortable

No sleep. Too hot and...

Liked: Room too hot. Not air con. Small fan in the corner the you can’t turn off as the roomWas unbelievably hot.
Disliked: Carpets thread bare and stained

Lovely grounds in quiet setting...

Liked: Good selection on offer and nice ambiance.
Disliked: Some staff need a little more training as they got very confused as to which table had ordered what.The bacon was very hard, presume it had been kept warm for too long.

One night stay at simple...

Liked: Breakfast room looked nice,breakfast was plentiful. Peaceful surroundings. Pleasant staff.Family room is very spacious (although seems tired)Nice clean bathroom. Public area of hotel seems to be more cheerful and renovated.
Disliked: No smart tv.Old,stained carpet inside the room.No small fridge/bar inside the room.(Only tea/coffee making facilities)Old furniture,dark colours,depressing. No soundproof,could hear people in the room above and next door to us.
