Overpriced, needs refurbishing, owner not...

Disliked: Stairs to room, room very small for cost. Mark on bed cover, black hair on pillow. Very little milks and coffee sachets, also wasn’t replenished for second night stay. Hot water tap not working my partner got tools and fixed it . Told owner who wasn’t bothered just Moaned how much a Plummer cost! Sink in bathroom badly cracked and crack blackened with dirt over time! We’re supplied just one small hand towel and one medium towel for both of us!!! We told owner he said to put used towels in floor and would be replaced! No we had one plus one again but the used towels left on floor of bathroom had been ok led up and just pushed into the heated towel rail to dry however were dirty and had much dust from the floor on…. Bathroom floor obviously dirty but as black we didn’t notice until towels picked up the dirt. A lady and friend who stayed also told us they would never stay again the owner rude and shouted at them when returning 10pm and had to ring door bell. We would never stay there again and I wrote a review on Trust Pilot I am also adding one to Trip Advisor, not a good B&B at all!!! Definitely wouldn’t consider an hotel. Didn’t take photos not appealing at all.

Liked: Not a lot - bed was quite comfortable.
Disliked: Indicated on arrival that I didn't want breakfast - was charged for it anyway!Minimal/basic room.Room not serviced!No staff around.Noises from above me, thumping around!
