A 5 Star Guest House.

Liked: Excellent breakfast and location. A lovely welcome from Linda and Jonathan when we arrived at Grove House. Such Excellent hospitality over the weekend.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about our stay at Grove House.

Perfect place to stay.

Liked: Everything. Linda and Jonathon go the extra mile. High quality B&B from a hardworking lovely couple. We’ve never stayed in a B&B that comes anywhere near matching Grove House. Beautiful house and garden in a prime location within 10 minutes of York with a local bus and train route into the city.

Very enjoyable.

Liked: Everything excellent. Good location as we were attending a birthday celebration in an adjacent village. Garden was well kept with outdoor seating for all guests and very relaxing

Fantastic hosts and we will...

Liked: Everything from the moment we arrived to when we left was five star from our hosts including Penny (furry friend). Room immaculate, fantastic breakfast (homemade sausages) not including all the unexpected little extras in the room.
