Liked: I was with my 87 years old Mam. We had great time. The staff was very friendly and explained us everything. The room was very clear,. The hotel is in a short distance from the beach and the centre.
Disliked: I have no idea.

Liked: Room was clean and a good size, breakfast was good plenty of choice, location excellent close to local amenities, harbour.
Disliked: Was surprised no bar facilities for hotel of this size, told awaiting their license which considering it was middle of August seemed strange.

Felt cheated by the photos...

Liked: Location and friendly staff. Breakfast was reasonably good.
Disliked: Decor very tired. Pool and bar and restaurant were closed. No access to gardens. Understand going through new ownership so hopefully they will fix this as the location is great and hotel has the potential to offer a great experience.

Needs a revamp

Liked: Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were good size and cleaned everyday. Bed and pillows were comfy. Location was spot on. On-site parking. The building is really nice.
Disliked: The hotel needs a complete revamp. The decor was damaged in places, carpets were dirty, half the facilities were not available - no bar or eating facilities (staff kindly offered the use of restaurant area to let us eat our own food). Outdoor pool was closed and garden was not maintained. Indoor pool even though open needs a makeover and was not heated. The place looked tired.

Great Location and Friendly Staff,...

Liked: The location is excellent for the seaside and local amenities, with everything easily accessible on foot. The family room was spacious and well-equipped. The cooked breakfast was very good, and the coffee was enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful, even directing me to a free parking area nearby.
Disliked: Parking is very limited and must be booked in advance. There’s no lift to the third floor, which can be difficult for guests with mobility or invisible disabilities. The room could benefit from an air conditioner, it was very hot at night, and opening the windows let in road noise, making sleep challenging. The television felt small for the size of the room, though this may not matter to everyone. Continental breakfast had very few items, really need a good rethink.

Great location and stay

Liked: Fab location. Good size, clean, comfortable room- lots of mini toileries and hot drink items provided., value for money
Disliked: Unfortunately the outdoor pool and bar are being renovated so out of use.Will return again when completed.
