Great experience at the Grosvenor

Liked: The service at the front desk was outstanding each time I spoke to them. Well done. The facilities were great and I couldn't fault them.
Disliked: I was in room 301B which had adjoining doors. The door from my side was unlocked. While the other side was locked, my preference would have been that both were. It didn't bother me too much as I didn't let reception know about it but it's the only thing I can say that was not outstanding.

Disliked: Inside corridor room with blocked window was a bit 'sad'.Bed and heating good but shower size was awkward.

Liked: You can see that the hotel is pretty old, so the furniture and the ammenities are a bit dated, but the stuff tries to compensate by being very friendly
