Liked: Comfortable
Disliked: A bit of a mix up regarding a key of room, was in pocket when booked out, arranged to post it recorded delivery which was agreed with hotel staff, only to be charged few a new 1 , Not happy at all

Great hotel, will choose to...

Liked: Great location, very close to the metro station. Also close to shopping center which has nice supermarkets. The room is spacious and very clean! Bed is comfy. Wifi works well, staffs are nice too.

Don’t leave your clothes in...

Disliked: Our laundry bag with dirty clothes was removed from the bathroom but was never found. The hotel admitted they don’t even offer a laundry service. No compensation was offered, no senior managers attempted to help to resolve this. I would recommend all your items are stashed in cases or wardrobes when you leave your room. This was very disappointing as it seemed like the staff didn’t really understand how distressing it was to lose some items of clothing. It was a just a shoulder shrug response.

Great relaxed hotel with nice...

Liked: It was relaxed and easy. The location is great. But what I liked most that even though the staff seemed young, they were super helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Too small towels for Muldoon liking :)

ok, but not worth the...

Disliked: 20 Euro per person for a buffet breakfast that was very poor. unable to give me a print out of an itemised list of expenses prior to paying the bill. limited staff who looked stressed and complaining. room amenities very poor. no bottled water. one body wash
