Liked: Very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are nice. Good breakfast. The location is perfect, very close to what I needed.
Disliked: The roof terrace was in renovation during my stay, but understood the situation. Wish there were more vegetarian options for breakfast. Or maybe there were, but not signaled.

Liked: STAFF were excellent! Thank you for the reception and the staff at the bar. Thank you once again. Great location to walk around, catch a tram, next to a nice park.

Liked: Very kind staff, nice outdoor area and restaurant
Disliked: They have bed bugs so be very careful also for that price very not worth it, you can find a lot better, the place down is nice but I woke up with and saw bed bites on their bed (it looked dirty and i believe that means they don’t change it to new customers) after I started seeing the bites on my arms and when I checked turns out it’s bed bites or fleas and I saw many when I checked the bed, otherwise I was changing in the morning at 10am (check out is 11) and I had headphones and the door was locked and suddenly someone enters and then apologizes. Maybe they thought I left but overall, because of the hygiene and bed bugs I truly give this place 0 stars and don’t recommend them to anyone

Liked: Beautiful view, quiet but also very accessible! There’s a bus stop right outside that leads straight to the shopping district. The Berlin Story Bunker is less than 10mins away on foot.
