Disliked: No mini fridgeRoom was hotStaff was a bit blasé - I informed my room was really hot and I was trying to turn the AC on but he informed they only worked with heaters that time of the year (April) according to the temperature outside. I asked for a portable fan and he said he did not have and "hopefully temperature will go down tonight".Anyways...

Liked: Very comfortable, great staff. Most comfortable beds and pillows we've had on our trip. Great location near City sights.

Liked: We loved our stay here, the staff was super nice and helpful when needed. It was just a 15 min walk from hotel to main attractions. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from. Overall great experience and we definitely would come back!

Terrible

Disliked: I booked a retreat at a monastery in berlin. I had no internet and my phone was switched off. I came back to hotel to be told that you cancelled my reservation because i did npt update my card. I dix not know i had to..this in spite of the fact i had just stayed overnight using my card on the way. I forgot my phone charger in room and this was not returned either. Last time i use booking.com or the grimm hotel
