Liked: I made a booking on the website booking.com
Disliked: The information on the booking was not correct no we're on the booking did it say that if I was taking my theory friend I needed to contact the facility before the booking was confirmed the booking site booking.com stated their facility was dog friendly I had indicated that that was one of my filters that I needed to bring my dog with me and I needed the room for one night the facility said they were three rooms available so I assumed that since I had inserted the request for a dog room in the filter I didn't have to do anymore but there seems to be a secret message somewhere that I never saw until why after the confirmation so what I didn't like the website is not reliable so we got a confirmed a booking by email and we went to the facility to be somewhat rudely spoken to yelled at and told to get off the property and when we tried to follow this up with the phone call this is the same thing we got again somewhere we were the meat in the sandwich booking.com drop the ball and providing a mismatch and the facility didn't cope with this and we copped it was an incredibly unpleasant afternoonOde to Greymouth HospitalityOn April 5, 2024, oh what a day,From Franz Josef Medical Centre, we made our way.Stranded in Greymouth on that fateful night,
