Great guest house, will go...

Liked: Attention to detail, provision of toiletries, refreshments, kettle, fridge, fan, hairdryer. Very clean and comfortable. Great location overlooking the sea front. Very good breakfast with vegan options

Liked: Location, immaculate room with thoughtful extras. Excellent cooked breakfast.

Thoughtful touches

Liked: Many thoughtful touches such as a basket of beach towels in the hallway, umbrellas provided, nice toiletries in the room, ear plugs and a sleep mask.
Disliked: I totally agree rooms don't need servicing every day but I would have liked a clean mug for my tea. I am sure I could have asked for one.

Best stay, can't wait to...

Liked: I can't say enough good things about this property, I would highly recommend it
Disliked: I liked absolutely everything, the staff, location and accommodation was all top quality

A truly fab experience

Liked: How welcoming everyone was, there were towels on offer to use at the beach, tea making facilities, the room had everything I needed and more! Breakfasts is amazing!A fab place to stay!

Excellent we would definitely come...

Liked: The location is fantastic. The beach, shops, arcades all walking distance. The host Louise at the property was lovely and friendly and the communication if we needed to speak to her was excellent
Disliked: The only fault which is a very small one was it would’ve been better for extra sockets in the room
